Barbara’s career background has provided her with the opportunity to navigate all sectors, giving her a comprehensive understanding of a range of industries. Her roles in education as a school governor, health as CEO of The Children’s Foundation at the RVI and close working relationships with both local authorities in County Durham & Darlington have enabled her to appreciate the challenges and politics involved. One of her main strengths is identifying partnership opportunities and developing relationships – which she considers essential to a successful business.
